This is just small update for "EDIT TOWNS" and "ADD TOWN USING ADMIN PANEL"
functions based on "HIDDEN TOWN" update that is made by AERO...

Aero, that is great update..

Well i upload it agen. I dont understand what hapend becaouse people were downloading that file before it became unavailable. Maybe it was banned by admin.. I dont know.

Is there a SQL query or add field that needs to be done for this to hold the hidden attribute?
