With this mod admins can search users that has more than one account on his IP address and delete these users. Ou and if user ip is 0 then he/she hasen't loged in yet. So dont delete users whos IP is 0. And if you want to add this to moderators too then just replace word "admin" to "moderator" everywhere.

You have to be careful though with this depending on when you get their ip because if you get it when they register they might register at a friends house and then if that friend is a member they would have the same ip, or if you get their ip when ever they go to a town, if there playing at a friends house who is also a member they would have the same ip for a while.

Well if he coded it properly then it would update each time they logged in.

It writes IP in database every time when user goes to Town.

Change it to login, if they are sitting not in a town, and check updates and log out, you won't get a fresh copy.
